Aprenda como fazer filé de frango empanado na airfryer. Uma receita crocante e muito prática para o seu dia a dia.

Ingredientes:
500 g de Filés de Peito de Frango
2 Colheres (de sopa) de Azeite
Pimenta do Reino a gosto
1 Limão espremido
½ Colher (de sopa) de Páprica Doce Defumada
Sal a gosto
2 Ovos
Farinha de Trigo
Farinha de Rosca

Modo de Preparo:
Tempere os filés com o azeite, a pimenta, o limão, a páprica e o sal. Misture e deixe marinar por 10 minutos.
Quebre os ovos em um prato e tempere com o sal e misture bem.
Passe os filés de frango na farinha de trigo, nos ovos e depois na farinha de rosca.
Após isso, pincele o azeite nos filés.
Leve os filés à airfryer (apenas o que cabe no cesto, se necessário faça mais vezes este processo) temperatura de 180º por 12 minutos. Após 12 minutos, vire os filés e coloque por mais 12 minutos.
Quando os filés estiverem prontos, retire da airfryer e sirva.
O tempo de preparo pode variar de acordo com a marca e modelo da airfryer.
